校园Wi-Fi中断
The college Wi-Fi will be unavailable from 3 pm to 5 pm on Friday, May 17 for sy阀杆 updates. During the Wi-Fi outage, devices dependent on Wi-Fi connections, such as laptops and mobile devices, will not be able to print, 上网, or connect to network file shares. This work will not impact individuals using desktop machines.

校园服务器更新
IT will perform emergency server updates starting tonight (May 15) at 5 pm. As a result, some 服务s may be intermittently unavailable throughout the evening. We anticipate that all 服务s will be up and running by 8 am. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

电脑更新
Campus-owned Windows-based computers need an update. The good news is that we'll handle it for you. We just need your computer to be powered on. This can be done from campus or remotely. Please plug your machine into a power source and turn it on between May 16 at 8 am and May 22 at 5 pm. We'll take care of the rest. This update does not apply to Chromebooks or machines running MacOS.​​

垃圾邮件
IT has been receiving reports of increased spam and phishing emails. We recommend that if end users receive suspect messages, they click on the 'Report Message' button on the Home toolbar in Outlook.

Technology support for students is available by through the Saint Paul College Help Center, or by submitting a ticket to the Saint Paul College help desk. If you cannot access the ticketing sy阀杆, you may submit a request by phone at 651.846.1440 或电子邮件 helpdesk@worldgngroup.com. We highly recommend submitting a ticket for the best 服务.

Some of the items we assist students with include logging in, 协助StarID, 网站Brightspace, Zoom和Office 365. The IT Help Desk cannot perform troubleshooting or repair personally owned devices.

The Minnesota State IT Service Desk team is also available to students every day, including evening and weekend hours. See the schedule at the IT服务台门户, where you can submit a ticket, or contact them by phone at 877.466.6728.
